I can’t find my reservation number. How do I get a new one? caret-down

Email info@mayfieldhotels.com with your full name, hotel name, city, state, and stay dates. Our team will send your hotel booking confirmation number promptly.

Can I change or cancel a non-refundable reservation? caret-down

Non-refundable bookings booked via our hotel reservation engine or third-party sites can’t be changed or canceled without fees. Please consult your booking source’s hotel reservation management software or policies.

I have a prepaid reservation. Do I still need to provide a credit card at check-in? caret-down

Yes. Mayfield hotels use desk software and check-in software that require a credit or debit card – for incidentals like extra guest or pet fees, even if your stay is prepaid.

How do i know my reservation is confirmed? caret-down

You’ll receive a hotel reservation confirmation email once your booking is complete, via our central reservation system.

Do i need a credit card to make an online hotel reservation? caret-down

Most bookings require a valid credit card to guarantee your stay, but some prepaid or no-credit-card options may be available.

Will my credit card be charged if i don’t show up or cancel? caret-down

Yes, failure to cancel or no-show will result in charges, according to our hotel cancellation policy. This applies to standard reservations, group bookings and extended stays.
